Alright so i've read how to use it , also documented more online about it .
I hate about it the fact that in the morning when i wake , after some time my face exfoliates especially the area with acnee.
It's forbidden to use it during the day due to SUNLIGHT and it also works different as you sleep , but my question is if i use it during the day and i stay inside (Outside there are -2*C and it's snowing) obviously the sun's not shining , is it ok ? Or it can affect me ?
I got rid of most of my acneea i only have more of it now focused on the chin's right side (Not on the cheek itself but in the bone area) it's really annoying , is there anything you suggest me (home remedy or some cream) so at least it will be less visible ? |

| Its not so much that you cannot use it during the day, you could but you would need to use some form of sunprotection (UVA and UVB) as Retin A makes your skin much more sensitive to light, so you can burn easily and cause more damage. Wearing protection inside is important because the rays can pass through windows etc. Some people mistakeningly believe if they are inside, they are safe, but sadly the rays can pass through glass etc. |

This is what I have heard too, that only a little amount of light diminishes the effect.

Have you tried the Exfoderm and the other products from Obagi for daytime? |
