Hello I am new online here and my calves measures exactly 40cm and I am online 4'11! Yea I know my calves are big for my height! But I walk on my tippy toes a lot so that's maybe why~! :)Another I do, do alot of calve rises with heavy weight as well! |

I enjoyed reading the messages and learned a lot about how to minimize my calves. I would measure them but I don't have a measuring tape handy. I have muscular calves and feel that they almost touch when I walk. Luckily, since its summer I haven't been wearing high heels. I walk 3 miles 5 days a week on uneven ground.
I am going to try out the t-tap exercises starting tonight.
I do believe that calves are definitely inherited and I got mine from my dad, lol.
I saw the pictures that were posted of the before and after calf surgery- the scars alone were scary not to mention the risks! |
