i was reading a book yesterday, and it was talking about ANR.

according to it, ANR is a great product and will definitely give great result after years using it.

The interesting part is that it said that, unlike RETIN-A accelarating the speed of skin turn progress, ANR slow down the progress, and which is better, blah blah blah. (sorry i do not remember everything exactly)

anyway, i am curious to know if anybody here knows or uses anr, it is really worth to try? what if I use retin-a and ANR together(ANR in the morning and retin-a in the evening)

one is accelarting, the other one is slowing down.....geez, sounds like i am driving a car.....

I don't know what ANR is but I would think if its slowing down the process wouldn't your skin look dull?

I assume ANR is Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair?

The newer version incorporated Remergent's DNA repair technology.

I dont know what exactly meant by slow down thing - slow down aging process? Isn't that what we wanted at the end?

yes, it is talking about estee lauder advanced night repair.

sorry i do not remember exactly what book it was, i was in the waiting room in my doctor`s office, only got a short time to read before they called me in.

it was saying something about ANR help the cells repair themselves, and unlike retin-a accelate cells go to die(sorry for my poor english expression), it helps the cells be healther and stronger and last longer......

something like that.

anybody know anything about it?

The main ingredient in ANR is bifida ferment lysate, a healthy bacteria.

Although I have seen some talk about this in skin care I dont think there has been any independent research on it yet proving it helpful.
