Ugh, so I've saved my face, but my hands! ugh.
My face is one age, my hands another...
They are becoming wrinkled, with loose skin.
Have never deep rolled them, guess I might try that...
Do they do plastic surgery on hands?

Agree BF - Hands are tougher to work on than facial skin. I started rolling a few weeks ago. We'll see if improvements occur.
It's a daunting project but worthwhile trying. |

Have you tried retin-a on your hands? I started this about 5 months ago and I do notice a difference - the skin is smoother and tighter. |

You can get fat or filler injected on your hands. If they use fat, they really overfill and I heard it looks a bit strange for a few weeks. Still, I'd get it done if I had the cash. |

Barefoot if you do decide to go the filler route there's a product designed for places like the hands and chest called Restylane Vital. It's injected 3 times over a period of time and plumps up the skin. Here's a link for ya.

Hi BFG,
I remember seeing before and after pictures of someone's hands in the humongous Dermaroller thread-- the difference was quite amazing! In the after photo, the skin on her hands was much less saggy & spotty. I don't remember what size roller she used or her protocol, unfortunately. |

On an episode of Dr 90210 a woman had fat injections and TCA peel done on her hands. They looked great after. |

UGGGGG! I'm so with you... I feel like all I do is wash my hands to prevent the spread of germs... they look horrifying...Eucerin Cream at least helps with the crazy dryness...
I'm all for a TCA peel... I might try that! |

I got my Baby Quasar today. Would that help aging hands? |

I work in health care so I wash my hands like a bazillion times a day and use hand sanitizer just as much...it has really done a number on them for sure. I am thinking of going the retin-a route to see what happens... |

I've considered retin-a, but my lifestyle still means lots of hand washing, which would then mean lots of SUNSCREEN re-ap, or an invitation to FRIED hands...
Car window UV torture, Anti Bac soap, excessive washing
Will start to bac off anti bac as cold and flu season subsides, At least when I'm out in the garden my hands are covered for hours... |

Since I was very young, I have never been thrilled about my hands. They undoubtedly give away my age much quicker than my face. But I have used CPs on them for a few years now and I can definitely see a difference.
There is a noticeable thickening of the skin on top which has always been my major issue with them. Thankfully, no age spots yet. Hoping CPs will keep them at bay. But the veins aren't quite as apparent & I attribute that to CPs. Emu Oil has kept my palms baby soft.
My feet are another story! |

put glove as often as you can, and before you put it on put some hand cream first
everynight before sleep, each time you wash your hand, put hand cream |

Oh boy! I have the same problem here and on my arms and chest! I started to use my Vivier vitamin C serum and Clarisonic and that made a huge difference. |

Most of the time I just wash my fingers instead of the whole hand. After all, it's your fingers that you touch your face, eyes and mouth with. Still, I have eczema on my fingers so just try to wear those thin latex gloves for things like making a salad, peeling an orange, to avoid having the wash my hands afterward. To avoid picking up a lot of germs in the first place which would necessitate more hand washing, I open doors with my non-dominant hand or with my forearm or elbow if possible. For the microwave oven at work, hold a piece of paper towel to open the door or push the buttons. |
