I like how the brush strokes are visible in impressionism, almost like thick smudges. And I like the colors. How can I use this as my inspiration?
I get sick of the standard styles of applying eyeshadow, like medium color on the lid...dark color in the crease, then light color on the browbone. I'm looking for new styles.
I'd link to a pic...if I could... |

Yes, that's the pic...the 2nd one! I'm sorry, I disappeared! I'm back!
I tried the look on my eyes, even found out which colors were used, to no avail. |

What if you mixed the eyeshadow with something to make it thick and creamy. I have an eyeshadow that has a container and brush similar to that of lipgloss. If you put it on thick you can see the brush strokes and it's quite textured (done it by accident) never thought of that look. Let me know how you get on |

Basically, to make an eye shadow color pop up on your eye lid, you should include using creme color or eye pencil.
Color the lid with creamy pencil, then the eye shadow over it, or use creme color, then eye shadow.
Or creme, then glitter. |
