does anyone take this as a supplement and what do you think about HGH releaser / booster?
Do you think it has any benefit for adults?

Sounds interesting but I do not know if it is just an ad hype...
Note, I am not talking about synthetic HGH versions that are injected, but a natural blend (as it claims) which is supposed to stimulate the brain to produce more of our own hormone and it is supposed to have anti-aging effect...
I know a lot of people here are taking supplements. Anyone is taking HGH? What is the best brand then? |

| Exercise, particularly weights for large muscle groups (think Oly squats, deadlifts, etc.) will naturally stimulate HGH production. No drugs/supps needed. |
