I no longer get acne or visibly blocked pores, so I'm not concerned about that. It's just that I recently fell in love with Dr. Hauschka's toned day cream because it's so rich, my skin stays moisturized and dewy all day, and I love the idea of all those non-chemical ingredients. So now I want to try some of their other products including the cleansing milk, but the reviews here indicate it doesn't get your skin super clean.
I'm wondering if it can cause problems to use a super rich moisturizer every day, and then not remove it thoroughly each night. |

If you want try cleaning product, Dr. Hauschka cleansing cream is good. It can deeply cleanse but also maintains the pH balance so that the acidic barrier protecting your skin is not broken down. Cleansing milk can removes make-up effectively and more suitable for dry or sensitive skin. |

Thanks, kikiw. I ordered the Dr. Hauschka trial kit from EDS, and I'll try the cleansing cream first.
I did go ahead and buy the cleansing milk from my local health food store because I was tired of my skin feeling dry and tight from my usual foaming cleanser. It removes even eye makeup easily, so I like it, but today I woke up with two clogged pores. So if that continues to happen, then I guess it answers my original question. |
