Hi Everyone,
Ok, so I tend to get hormonal breakouts along my chin and jawline and many times they are in the form of cysts. I will get them for a time and then for no reason they will go away and my skin will be clear for an indefinite amount of time.
I've had some recent breakouts, although not too severe, but I was noticing something I never did before. I was just sort of massaging my jawline (and underneath) and noticed a number of lumps. Cystic acne is very sore, but these lumps are not sore nor can you see them. They are deep under the skin. Does anyone have a clue what these could be? Should I be worried? Could they be glands? I've really upped my LED & DermaWand use lately. Could this have anything to do with it?
TIA |

Lymphatic glands are located under the jaw.
Mine happen to be swollen right now because I increased the usage of my Safetox which promotes lymphatic drainage. But it is also common to see them be swollen when you have (or are fighting off) a cold, etc. |

Bethany,
Thank you for such a quick response. I was hoping it was just my glands, but have never noticed them before. They are literally along the jawbone and directly underneath. I guess I need to read up on the Lymphatic system.
I've had swollen glands when sick, but they were a bit farther down the neck.
Thanks again. |
