Hi
Ive used a honey mask before.I put two tablespoons in a small bowl and lightly warm it in the microwave I find it goes more runny and easier to apply and then i put it on my face and have a nice soak in the bath for about 20 minutes and then wash it off with a face flannel or microfibre cloth. It is supposed to be a nice moisture mask and I think it has antibacterial benefits too.It is quite a messy job though especially if it gets in your hair. You can also add some oats to it and use it as a gentle facial scrub but again that is messy. |

I mix with a little bit of warm water - so thin that I can apply with a cotton ball. I apply it an hour or so before bed and sleep with it.
By then it has dried somewhat and I do not have problems with stickiness.
I do this once a week. I have found it really makes my skin soft. |

jozey, you're probably allergic to honey. I'm slightly allergic and get a milder reaction.
