Can anyone recommend an eyeliner pencil that really works well??
I want one that:
goes on well, does not smudge or smear, stays on....will come off with MU remover!
Desperate to find a good one! willing to pay for expensive brand if I have to!
Thanks, BF |

On the low end I like revlon color stay. They are they twist up style pencils.
High end I like Makeup Forever aqua eye's. |

That's a tough one BF. It seems like there are so many differing opinions.
I have an urban decay that I really like and also a clinique pencil . Both are the type that need sharpening.
Julie Hewett's pencils are especially nice (I have a black/teal color but wear it less than the other two - this one is for special looks - since it's dark for my coloring). |

I'd say Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on pencils. |

High end:
Department store:
I like Clinique. I have the Quickliner (retractable end) and also the Creamliner. In Canada The Bay has a GWP going on.
From the drugstore; I highly recommend Annabelle. It is a Canadian brand. The Smoothliner and the Smudgeliner go sale. The Smudgeliner has a smudgey end and that is the only difference between the two.
I also have purchased Revlon Colour Stay. This does not go on as smooth, but does stay.
I also have Mark liner. (Forget the name. IIRC about $8.00 Cdn) The Mark is not as nice as the Annabelle.
I have also purchased Avon Glimmersticks. These go on sale frequently for under $5.00. Not as smooth as Annabelle or Clinique.
I recommend the Annabelle as a drugstore pick and Clinique as a department store item. Buy two Clinique to qualify for GWP. |

I second the Colour Stay. It does not pull at your eyelid when you put it on and it can be blended just after application. Then it really does stay on your eyelid - no melting. |

Prestige total intensity liner and Lise Watier liner (in Canada) are two of my faves - they are waterproof and stay put all day, but are easy to take off with eye makeup remover. |

I recommend Bourjois's eyeliner pencils, the price is lovely, and most of them performed well, better than Lancome and Dior. |

Second these, better than a pencil no pulling on the lids and it stays put. I adore them. |

I really love BADgal liner waterproof. I always had trouble with my eyeliner smearing until this one. It glides on very smoothly and the smudger is awsome for the smokey eye effect. |
