It seems that many of our most potent weapons to fight aging originate from natural foods. Ascorbic acid, glycolic, lactic, hylauronic acid to name but a few.Scientists seem to agree that obtaining our nutrients through fruit and veg rather than a supplement pill is preferred because your body absorbs it better.
This got me thinking.... does anybody here use the natural forms of any of the recognised acids in their anti aging regime?
A yogurt mask for lactic acid, orange/lemons rubbed over the face for ascorbic, or even pineapple for semi glycolic are some suggestions online.
I would be interested to know if anybody has used these or simlar methods consistently and the results they gained from them.
It would be great if an entirely natural topical skincare approach worked as a compliment to massage and facial exercises. |

hello -
i use oils to moisturize my skin - avocado, vitamin E and jojoba oils are great. I also use honey (mixed with water).
