| My daughter used a mineral oil based cleanser and broke out in bumps and whiteheads. Also very itchy. Any ideas of a good cleanser or product to help.Thanks |

| Mineral oil is considered noncomedognic. It sounds more like she has had an allergic reaction to the cleanser. If it is an allergic reaction then I would just use a very basic cleanser like cetaphil or cerave and no acne treatment products. Maybe some hydro-cortisone cream for a day or 2 max. |

| Thnks GirlieGirl, It could be an allergic reaction. Almost a red burn with bumps. Will have her use a mild wash and hope it helps. |

| If it was an allergic reaction than maybe taking benedryl for a day or 2 will help with the rash and itching. |
