hello, this is my first time posting here. i never heard of face exercises until i saw an article online about eva fraser in britain. i didn't know there were others out there. i have been doing them for about 6 months and the only thing i have not really been happy about are the lines going from my nose to my mouth, which have become much worse; do these eventually go away? i have followed some of the posts here and tried to investigate the other programmes mentioned. lou lou seems to be popular but i haven't found it in video format, Flex effect seems to be another popular one but from what i have read, seems to take 30-40 minutes for one session, which i absolutely don't have time for. i have to keep the ol' bod up too and work out in the mornings for that. i have also come across carol maggio, has anyone tried hers? she looks pretty amazing. any suggestions? i don't really want to have to try to follow instructs from a book because i have no way of telling if i am doing them correctly; its less motivating. many thanks in advance. |

I love facial exercise. I did flex effect for a long time - a few years and really like it
That said, recently I started doing an 8 minute series by Carole Maggio called Ultimate Facercise.
This is available through her website and is on a CD - very nicely illustrated - easy to follow and quick. I love it. Highly recommend - will help you lots and you'll get it in in under 8 minutes - do twice a day for best results.
Good Luck jonesy. |

Look at those threads posted above, depends really with where your starting from and what your dealing with.
FlexEffect's latest version (which I love love love) has a 12 minute workout and a 24 minute one plus a lot of other tools that you can choose to do etc.
Eva I used to do, and loved it for years, but then it kind of didn't pack as big a punch as it did when I first started. I've also done Maggio's which I have a hard time with (even the 8 minute one). Ageless is also a good introduction (and much cheaper than the others) and does come in a dvd format.
