problem prone"? I've been researching this forum and decided I want to try that brand, I'm not sure what to get. Also what about the glycolic vs regular?

I'm in my 30's, been breaking out lately, oily skin. I've used dermalogica in the past and ready to try something different!
Thanks

Oily skin is simply that. Skin which produces too much oil.

Problem prone, on the other hand, is skin that is prone to breakouts, which it sounds like a category that your in, so when searching go for this type of product.

I'll have to slightly disagree with Farouk's assessment. Problem prone skin is as Farouk described but it doesn't mean that it's oily skin (you can have problem prone skin but still require more moisturisation than oily skin).

You mentioned that you have oily skin (with breakouts). I would suggest that you get the oily skin kit as that has a lighter moisturiser than the problem prone kit. All the rest of the stuff in it is the same and should help your breakouts nonetheless.

Btw, you should go for glycolic (as opposed to regular) as this is what helps exfoliate your skin therefore removing dead skin cells that can block pores -> leading to more breakouts.
