I'm a 21 year old male with some fine lines on my forehead, nasal folds, acne scars and some visible pores.
am
-philosophy purity made simple, one-step facial cleanser
-Solvere Fortified Moisturizer
-EltaMD UV Physical SPF 41 Oil-Free - Tinted
pm
-philosophy purity made simple, one-step facial cleanser
-Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle 12% Glycolic AHA
-Solvere Fortified Moisturizer
once weekly pm
-philosophy purity made simple, one-step facial cleanser
-philosophy the microdelivery peel
-Solvere Fortified Moisturizer
This is my regimen right now. However I feel I could perfect it a bit more. The am regimen seems a bit lacking, with just moisturizer and sunscreen... maybe a vitamin C serum I keep hearing about?

I wish I could give more specific feedback but i am unfamiliar with Philosophy, Solvere and Elta. I have been seeing Elta mentioned a bit lately on other posts, so I'm thinking that might be a good sunscreen. I do think that incorporating a Vit C serum into your morning regiment would be beneficial. I would recommend making your own...its so simple. The C serum would give you some extra UV protection as well as fighting free radicals. Good luck! |

you're still very young, so i think less is more. you seem to be doing the right thing for your AM routine which is cleanse, moisturize and protect with sunscreen.
Not too sure about your PM routine though. I feel AHA is too harsh on a young person's skin. Why not just moisturize? |

I also think a vit.C serum is all that you might want to add. For your age and issues it looks like you have a good regimen. |
