Ladies,
I'm here again to ask your help...
While doing me a facial yesterday,
my aesthetician suggested to do a brow wax for me. I never did it before, but told her to go ahead. So, she did.
It was OK at first, but then red lines (were wax was applied) appeared. I thought it will go away overnight, but when I woke up this morning my eyes were swollen. Red lines still on place.
It took me a lot of pressed makeup to cover those reds. Luckily I'm wearing bangs, which cover my eye-lids.
What do you suggest me to do to reduce the swell and to remove the redness?
Note, I'm allergic to aloe...
Thanks in advance!

If you think it's an allergy take some Benadryl or other antihistamine, they reduce swelling. Cold compresses if you can lie down and apply later will help also. Slices of cold cucumbers are great for that BTW, unless of course you have any allergy to them! Hope this helps, and your swelling is gone quickly. |

I agree with the cold compresses, it will bring the swelling down.
If the red lines are kind of raw you could dab some polysporin ointment on them. |

Azulene oil gets the red out very well.
(It's usually included Parissa brand waxing products, but you can buy it separately.) |
