Looking for a healthy alternative to Mac StudioFix

Hi all.

I am looking for an alternative to Mac Studiofix Makeup, but it seems there are so many different kinds and I'm getting overwhelmed.

I would like something that is healthy for my skin. I have learned about all the stuff that that they put into the Mac products and I don't want to be putting it on my face anymore. I'm getting greener and greener as the days go by.

I like mineral-type makeups for their natural appearances and natural sun-screening capabilities.

Can anyone recommend me their best choice when it comes to a mineral makeup with healthy ingredients?

Also, my color in the studio fix is NW25. What's the best way to choose the color of a different product without a bunch of trial and error? or is that just inevitable :/

I'm far from being a makeup expert, but after posting a similar question last week I ordered a couple of different mineral makeup's. One that was recommended was Everyday Minerals. There are a ton of colour choices and you can order a sample pack that contains 4 different shades - since it's hard to know what shade will work when looking at a monitor. I can't remember which MAC colour I used to use, but I'm pretty sure it was either NC25 or NW25. I ordered the EDM try me kit in ivory. I also ordered a sample size of Alima Pure mineral makeup from a local retailer in Neutral 3. I got this sample already and the difference between it and a non-mineral makeup is actually pretty amazing. I can't wait for the EDM to get here - I placed the order Friday morning and got a shipping notice half an hour later, so I'm very impressed with them already (I'm in Canada though, so shipping will still take a while).
