hi all,
I am hoping someone maybe able to give me more information on this. I recently read plus was advised my by beauty therapist to try out copper peptides for stretch marks.
A quick search online brought up Skin Biologys products. I was gona buy the SuperCOP from EDS but i thought i ask here first!!
M wondering if the CP's from Skin Biology would be of any help for me. Now i would be applying this on the body the lower back area where i have these unsightly stretch marks. These marks are pretty old i got them wen i reached puberty so like maybe 14 years ago. They are like silvery in color now. So rather than prevent im looking for something to help get rid of them.
Will this help me? Will I see results in 6 weeks? Should there be any concerns in terms of damage or health wise? I doubt skin would sag more on body? as i read people experienceing this from using CP on face.
Appreciate all feedback. thanks alot!! |

There's a fair bit of information on the Skinbio website, so I recommend going over there. You can even email or call them to get advice.
That aside, I think SuperCOP is too strong to start with, they recommend you begin with Trireduction. You also need to exfoliate, they recommend exfol or lacsal, but I guess you could use another product if you don't like those.
Six weeks is a bit optimistic, it'll probably be longer, and may not get rid of them completely. I don't think you need to worry about skin sagging, copper peptides are used to tighten skin. |

i thought SuperCOP mite be a good start as its body skin rather than facial skin....which is like more thicker isnt it? so thought mite need something stronger???????? |

Definitely agree: I would check the Skin Bio site - there is a forum where they address all kinds of issues and the stretch mark question is discusssed on a lot of threads...
Also there are links on the site where they address specific problems and I'm certain stretch marks are one of them.
As suggested you can call the Skin Bio people directly and they will assist you in choosing products and how to address the stretch marks.
I agree; facial skin and body skin are different issues. You won't get uglies on your body. And even on the face it is temporary and can be avoided by not being overly aggressive.
You can also use the TTT product to help when/if it does happen - works great. I love it. |

I've also heard emu oil helps because it is the deepest penetrating of all oils. That is why you often find it in arthritis products - the emul helps deliver the active ingredient deep in to the skin where they can work. I buy mine from LB processors
