What should I use after Obagi Nu-Derm System?

Hello,

I have been using Obagi Nu-Derm System for 8 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. All my sun spots are faded and my skin looks much healthier.
Now, how long should I use this Nu-Derm System? After this, what should I use with Obagi product to keep up with my skin like that?

The protocol is for 18 weeks of use, followed by lifetime maintenance. For most people, it involves the full routine 2-3 times per week. On your off days, use whatever works for you, which can be determined by experimenting.

however, I have a question, with maintenance:
- Use the Clear 2-3 days a week (only 1 time a day, either morning or evening).
- Use the Exfoderm 2-3 mornings a week (only 1 time a day).
- Use Blender/Retin A anywhere from 2-5 nights a week.

What is Retin A? Is that different with Tretinoin that I am using with Blender right now?
