The bride to be should undergo variety of body massages, scrubs, body polish, facials. The ingredients although should be gentle and natural.
Massage your body either with lime and honey or sour curd for 5 to 10 minutes before shower.
Scrub using strawberries
Once a week, remove the stems and mash 5-7 strawberries.
Gently massage the paste into clean, damp skin.
Keep it on for 5-10 minutes and rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
Strawberries contain salicylic acid and ellagic acid which rids your skin of dead cells that can clog pores and helps heal blemishes.
