Small bumps all over face after using a new product?

Hello, (you might know the answer even if you don't use PCA, so please read on)

It's either from bathing too much, or the new product..

Is my skin just purging?

I ordered and spent a lot of money buying the following from PCA:

A & C Serum

Clearskin

Phaze 7 SPF 25 Moisturizure

2 weeks ago I did a TCA peel, the results were meh, and used the small PCA after care kit for a week following...

Then 4-5 days ago I thought I'd stick to PCA, so I figure since I have slightly oily skin and moderate breakout, I got the PCA acne control kit.

For the first few days I've been using it I started to get bumps on my forehead, and cheeks, and one bad breakout (that's going away now), but the small bumps seem to be getting worse...

It's not like acne, it looks like goosebumps all over my face and gives it a rough texture.

The SPF moisture claims to be "matted", but it really shiny too..
My skin also feels a a bit tight and oily by the end of the day..

Again it's only been about 4-5 days of use..
and I recently started taking hot steamy baths every other day (I used to maybe do it once a week), so maybe that's opening my pores too?
