I do take ALA and collagen powder. I am in low 60s and have basically no wrinkles just two short lines alongside my mouth I also get a lot of sun. I ascribe my good skin to genetics. My mom had great skin in her 90s. Also I have rotten hair also likely due to genetics. |
hi, what do you think of collagen powder, do you see a noticible difference? |
