I would like to make an LAA, E, FA and Phloretin serum and I would like to make it in an oil in water emulsion base. Does anyone have any recipes they can direct me too that I can use or at least use as a guidline. I've decided I'd like to use an oil in water serum since I really like the texture of a sample of a Vivier serum I'm using now that has the following ingredients:
Ethoxydiglycol, Propylene Glycol, Water/Eau, L-Ascorbic Acid USP, Polysorbate 20, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polysorbate 60, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Extract, Tocopheryl, Fragrance/Parfum, Hydrolyzed Casein & Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein & Lysine HCl.
