I've been using my sample tube of the emulsion for about 1 month now. I've always been a little sceptical about moisturisers. I'm well aware that they can make your skin feel nice and smooth after cleansing but I've never really thought that they would be capable of doing much else. That was until I tried this stuff. Since the colder weather arrived a couple of months ago my skin has become really dehydrated. Everytime I washed my skin it was left flaky and dry around the nose and chin areas. I started using my sample of the Hydra Floral and my dehydration problems have disappeared. It has completely banished the dry skin. 
As an emulsion it should have a lighter texture than the Hydra Floral Cream. However, I've never tried the cream so can't compare the consistency. It is quite a thick moisturiser so I'm not sure whether it would suit my skin in the warmer months (not that we have many of them in the UK  ).
Although it contains mint and orange blossom waters, I think that is smells like vanilla. Probably down to my poor sense of smell though. I really like the fragrance and find myself having a good sniff of it whenever I open the tube.
This is another Decleor product that has been added to my Christmas list. I'm really enjoying the Decleor products that I've tried since discovering this forum. A big THANK YOU to all the EDS members that pointed me in the direction of Decleor. |
