Hi Everyone!
Firstly I have to say that this is just the BEST site ever for Dermarolling info. There's so much of it.....but I hope it's ok to ask a few 'newbie' questions.
I've just ordered my first Dermaroller a 'Dr Roller' one. Is this an OK make?
I've got the 1.00mm needles and I'm hoping to use this aggressively on my tummy for skin tightening, and gently on my neck and face for building collagen/elasticity etc.
My questions are:
1. Can I use the same roller on different body parts?
2. Do I sterilize roller between each body part?
3. I'm going to be using LMX cream for numbing purposes - but doesn't the roller push this product deeper into the skin?
4. Is the method: cleanse body part with alcohol -apply numbing cream -apply vit C - start rolling until you draw blood - clean area with cold water - apply after product?
5. I'm currently using Nora Bode BeautyTox products for face and neck. I love these products. Can I use them immediately after dermarolling or is it best to use a product more suited to skin regeneration like Chiroxy?
6. If I roll before bed, draw blood on face and neck, will my face still be swollen in the morning?
7. And lastly, how do you all clean your rollers after use?
Sorry for such a long post. I am sooo excited about starting dermarolling
Thanks so much in advance for any responses. X |

Just used my dermaroller for the first time on face and legs. Used gentle pressure and Philosophy retinol pads after use.
Would appreciate any advice on what works best. Also, where can I get strong retinol w/o RX. |
