I based this on Kassy's fantastic 15% C serum from 3/18/10.
1 tsp L-Ascorbic Acid
1.5 tsp THDA
2 tsp Distilled H20
1 tsp ELS Serum Squalane and Olea Europea (olive) fruit extract, Rosa rubiginosa (rosehip) seed oil, Punica granatum (pomegranate) seed oil, Lecithin, Cholesterol Oleyl Carbonate and Cholesteryl Nanoate and Cholesteryl Chloride, Punica granatum (pomegranate) Seed Oil and Astaxanthin and Tocotrienols and Lycopene and alpha D-Tocopherol and Thioctic Acid and Lutein and beta Carotene, Phytosterols, Ceramide-3.
1 tsp SKB
1/8th tsp Phloretin
1/8th tsp Ferulic Acid
1/2 tsp vodka
Will the ELS serum work OK as my oil or is there anything in there that will negatively react in any way?
Is there enough Vit E in the ELS or should I still add more to the recipe?
Will this serum be OK without an emulsifier?
Where in Kassy's instructions should I incorporate the Phloretin? With the FA in the vodka or just after when everything's assembled?
I really appreciate any input and help.

| When I made a C serum with FA and Phloretin, I added both ingredients to denatured alcohol. Although one or both didn't dissolve completely, I used the serum anyway and it seemed to work ok. |

Hey "mrslid", I gave you my 2 cents on this in the "DIY" thread.
P.S. I don't post/read much, but I do check PM's a couple of times per week. I'm glad to help if you have questions about the DIY recipes I shared on the forum.
On 2nd thought, maybe you better hold off on PM's...  I just clicked on my "inbox", and all of June + July's PM's did the disappearing act.
