I just recieved my Sothys system today.
-Normalizing Milk
-Normalizing Lotion
-Gommage
-Hydroptimale Gel
I would like to know how I should apply these products. I saw somewhere that you are supposed to remove the N. Milk with a cotton pad covered in N. Lotion.... is this how it should be done or should I use water?
The Gommage, a 1x/week exfoliator or 2x? Do I apply after Milk or Lotion???
So sorry for all the questions, I am pretty uneducated when it comes to skincare... now MakeUp, well that is another story
Also got samples of the Hydroptimale mask and the Hydra-Protective Vitality mask. When/how do I use these ones?
Thanks!

Hi Michelle,
I haven't personally used all of these (apart from the gel) but this is what I would do:
Onto a wet face apply some of the milk and massage in in circular motion - then either just rinse off or wipe off with a damp wash cloth. Then, wet a cotton pad with some of the lotion and apply that (wiping your face to remove any remaining cleansing milk). After that, apply the Hydroptimale.
I'd use the gommage maybe twice a week (in between the cleanser and toner steps) but this will depend on the type of skin you have. The Hydroptimale mask is a moisturising one and once or twice a week should do but again this depends on your skin type. The other mask is a cleansing one and I would suggest the same as with the moisturisng mask.
Hope that helps a bit. |
