| Yesterday I tried to order the free-trial Kronos haircare kit and pay only s/h. Then I changed my mind and tried to close the page, but the chat window came up and gave me 60% off s/h (from $5 to $2). So I thought, "all right! I'll try it." Then i input my CC info, and hit submit. The next page gave me a total of my order for $108. I almost had a heart attack. This glow.com web site must be a scam. I tried to cancel my order, and there was no place on their web site to cancel it. I emailed them twice, called my CC, and also called them. My CC said I'd have to wait for the charge to show up on my account, maybe by Mon or Tue. Then they could dispute it for me. I will try calling them again on Monday. This site is suspicious since it doesn't give you a total order page to verify the amount before they charged you. I was waiting for that to happen like other legit web sites. So be careful if you want to order from them. They won't allow you to verify your total before completing the transaction. |
