I'm 24 and have the DIY bug. I have read a lot of good things about DMAE and Matrixyl, however I am only 24, is this too young to be using actives like this?
Edit- Sorry I have just realised I've posted on the wrong board!I've reported to the moderators |

At your age I would stick to basic antioxidants (like vit a, c, e) and daily sunscreen. |

Much like Girlie Girle, I think I would stay with the antioxidants and sunscreen for now. The reason you won't find a steadfast approach to what actives at what age is that they differ from person to person, and of course what issues need working on or are problematic like excessive sun damage, wrinkling, sagging etc which hopefully by doing the antioxidants and sunscreen now, will save you from such future worries!

Thank you for your replies. It looks like I need to concentrate on prevention as the key! |
