Just a quick question:
I purchased some Ascorbic Acid Powder (Returnallhealth), to make my own Vit C Serum, and im concerned that it doesnt say L-Ascorbic Acid on the lable ... its just Ascorbic Acid.
Are these the same things? Can i use regular Ascorbic Acid powder for vit c serum with positive results?
Im confused!

Don't feel bad it's come up before a few times. They are indeed the same thing some places just don't bother with the L! To be considered vitamin C it has to be L ascorbic acid wheather the L is in the label or not, just make sure it's 100% pure ascorbic acid. |
