I just switched from Clinique Stay True foundation to Estee Lauder Double Wear and I think Im breaking out more. I always seem to breakout but it seems to be worse. Im wondering if the foundation is causing it.

It's possible. Everyone reacts differently to various ingredients. One may break out from an ingredient that is fine for someone else. If you wonder about your reaction, try stop using it for a few days, and see if the reaction subsides. Then try again to see if it comes back.

fulloflove2,

Do you have an ingredient list of both foundations for a comparison of what's in the new one that isn't in your original? I think there could be a number of possible ingredients that don't agree with your skin. Smile

You made me think about some foundations and products I've been using. They all contain Titanium Dioxide. They all made me break out after a few uses. I think they clogged my pores. I cannot say if this is the only ingredient that didn't agree with me but it does seem to be a common denominator.

That could be it, as we see all the time some ingredients just don't agree with a particular person's skin. Maybe avoid all titanium dioxide and see for sure? If you stop breaking out you have your culprit. Smile Good Luck! Smile
