From what I understand he's saying that Retinoids do not cause broken capillaries. Then I'm wondering why I didn't have any broken capillaries before using Retin A and now I do. I mean did I have them under the skin and the Retin A brought them out?

Odd... I replied to this yesterday, as did rileygirl and both replies are gone.

Anyway, he's actually saying Retin-A DOES cause broken capillaries....

at 35 seconds in "the one exception is retinoids"

then at 45 seconds in "when you use retinoids for a prolonged period of time they can cause mild broken capilaries".
