Hi
Do any of you take collagen supplements? Have you seen any difference in your skin?
Also, could you give me some idea of dosage?

I just started taking a supplement from Spring Valley called “Glucosamine and Collagen with Chondrotin and Hyaluronic Acid” (please excuse any misspellings!), but I confess I’m not taking it for my skin! I’m the one who discovered that taking hyaluronic acid supplements would plump up your lips, and since your lips are comprised only of HA and collagen, I figured maybe my lips would get even more pillowy iffen I take a supplement with both!! P.S. Here’s the breakdown of ingredients in the Spring Valley supplement:
• 500 mg Glucosamine
• 500 mg Collagen Type II
• 100 mg Chondrotin
• 40 mg Hyaluronic Acid |

just a curious question...is collagen supplement taken 2 improve stretch marks only or can be used for acne scars too?  |
