Hello...does anyone know best procedure for dermarolling for wrinkles...I was led to believe that you should clean your skin with alcohol, do the dermarolling, and then a copper peptide mask. I am not sure what to apply after copper peptide mask is removed.
Is applying retin A the last step? |

If you go to the own.doc dermarolling
site you will find all the answers about what you need to do clearly explained. You can also ask for advice. |

Zelda,
Own doc does not state what to apply after mask. Do you have any suggestions? |

I apply Every Lipid Solution from Skin actives usually mixed with Anti-Ox. Other options (to my mind) would be BHO's such as Rose Hip Seed Oil. This feeds the skin. It really depends what you are trying to accomplish. |

sister sweets,
Hello,
I have very deep wrinkles (forehead, upper and low lip lines, crows feet ) I am hoping that the dermaroller will help reduce lines. I have a 1.5 mm roller , have used it about once a week for 4 months and have seen no results.
Any advice? |

I've never heard of a copper peptide mask. Do you have a link for one? I use copper peptides after rolling and leave them in. My CPs are from Skin Biology. |

I think you need to back off the frequency of the deep rolls if you have done them weekly for 4 months. Your skin needs time to build collagen and repeated injury isn't going to help you build any in my opinion. Dr. Fernandez, the one who pretty much "invented" dermarolling favors retinyl palmitate and non-acid C after the roll, as well as on a continued basis.
I have never heard of a copper mask. Where did you get that recommendation from? |

Just want to add that the information that we get from Asia is different, Beauty Spa here always recommend a mask after rolling. I am now using SK2 mask after rolling, have tried 2 weeks and really like the result. |

One of the derivatives of C, the lipid forms (oil soluble). |
