I really need help with my skin. I have rosacea on my face, neck and chest. I have a really good skincare Im using but my skin is still ruddy with broken caps all over my cheeks. I have had rosacea for 10 years. I went through ipl back in 2000 (10 treatments) Then I went through v-beam in 2001. 2004 i had a v-beam too. Then started back in 2007. I had around 2 v-beams a year. It wasnt getting rid of my broken caps so I moved on to laser genesis and she did the yag and it did help the caps that she hit but the yag made pitted scars on my cheeks. Then i went back for some v-beam and i went to 3 different drs and I still have broken caps and I have ran out of money. I have now seen more pitted scars on my face. Dont know if the v-beam caused it. I just dont know what to do. Please someone help.

I have heard of two people who have texture issues from lasers using CPs with results but I have never tried them. I would check out some of the CP threads!! Or check out skinbiology.com.

I did laser for years--a few different ones. Stopped last winter when my skin was really reacting to the cold, dryness we had. It was too sore to contemplate laser treatment.

After joining this website, I became interested in LED. Bought the Rosacea LightStim which I received last week. Cost is less then two laser treatments. I've only been using it a week, so I can't report results. LED is something to consider, there's lots of information on EDS.
