Hi, I have been a member here awhile and my regimen adjusts as I learn more, live more, etc.
I don't check in as often as I used to, so here's my current regimen and hope you'll add your own as well:
AM:
DHC Cleansing Oil
Kabana Green Screen sunscreen
PM:
DHC Cleasning Oil
Retin A or short needled dermaroller with oil based vitamins and antioxidants
(not every night, probably 3 nights/week)
Occasionally -
longer needled dermarolling with my own post roll DIY serum (search forum if interested)
at home chem peels with TCA or Jessners or both.
sometimes I will use other mild acids, but not often.
Occasional - botox and fillers
no devices or gadgets, although I am anxiously awaiting introduction of devices with science behind them. I am interested in the newer devices that allow greater penetration of actives (that would allow me to give up my painful rolling!) = please speak up if you are aware of any! |

AM Wash with Clarins foaming face wash using Tres Sonic.
Use Olay 3 Point Regenerist as as eye and neck cream.
PM Wash Clarins
Apply Vit C Serum
Olay on neck only. |
