Dear EDS-friends,
I'd like to ask for your help.
I have been using SAS 4% DMAE-serum for a few years now and I love it!
Since I have the 4 oz bottle, it lasted a long time. But now it's almost finished so I went to the SAS-site to order a new one.
What a disappointment: they changed the product!
They now sell DMAE Ultramarine! And it has lactobacillus as an ingredient
Does anyone of you know whether it's as good as the old DMAE?
Or is there an alternative you can advise me?
I am very sad I have to change a winning formula for me |

I wouldn't personally be bothered by the lactobacillus, it's in many ferments for skincare use and we eat it in yogurt it's a good probiotic. JMHO
Maybe give the new one a trial in a smaller size if it's an option? |

They just updated their SKB - the Ultra Marine is their new version. I would think that you will still see the same great benefits. |

I agree erg I do understand how Jouke feels, I get a wee tad disturbed when a favorite of mine is changed. |

I also buy SKB from SAS but once they changed to the new formula, I was unsure how it would affect my DIY C Serum. Instead of taking a chance, I ordered my next SKB from Bulkactives. |

I agree with Dark Moon regarding the lactobacillus. Personally, I haven't seen it as a skincare product, but I know it is excellent for your health. It helps balance the good bacteria in your gut and intestines. It is a supplement we always take at our place. While it can be found in yogurt, it often isn't strong enough to make a difference. If you end up going ahead with your purchase, let us know if you notice a difference !! |

Everybody thanks a lot for your reactions and your empathy. Maybe I'll bye it. The fact is, now that they changed the formula, I could also switch to a different DMAE. I hoped you could mention me you HG DMAE. |
