This post went in the wrong place for some reason. It should have been on the CP thread. Sorry! |

Foxe, I hope this link works. You can see the deep n/l lines and lots of fine lines and sagging. I would be grateful of anyones suggestions.
Thanks |
Sue, I just wanted to say how smooth and glowing your skin looks! You have beautiful even skin tone. |

sue, i like your skin tone, and your skin is shinning and smooth, i admire! If you want to reduce the lines, maybe you can use A retin or AHA products. Hope it useful. |

Thank you! I do use retin a which seems to be what has given me the even skin tone lately. As I said, I meant to post on the CP thread as I have just ordered some copper peptides and wanted any other suggestions.
I haven't tried AHA yet and must look into them. I am still learning what all these things are.
I was talking yesterday and said that in 300 years, people will laugh at this. I think they will just walk through a machine and get a full lift........ |

Wow...I was also struck by how beautiful your skin is. I see you meant to put this on the CP thread. Let me just mention, that using CP's often results in sagging of skin (Yes, it happened to me) so think seriously about the risks before you dive in. |

Yes it's at times not a popular opinion about CP's, but a number of members have had issues (not positive) with them. |

That might have been discussed in a forum thread I'm looking for.
I decided not to use CP:s, I started with the Retin A instead.
This was over a year ago, and I can't find the thread that made me back off CP:s then.
I'm thinking about trying them out - and my memory must have deleted itself, because I can't remember anything specific now. |

This thread I haven't read at all - but I definitely will! Thank you for that link.
The one I refer to are an older thread, that I'm certain of, because I started with the Retin A late in the year of 2009. |

Hi, Sue, I looked at your pictures. The FIRST thing I noticed is how beautiful your skin is! Believe me, I wish I had your skin's texture! Lovely. |

I hope there is no-one on here that knows me.... . I'll whisper this, just in case. I am 56, which I find quite scary. I still feel like a teenager! |

Well, again, your skin is beautiful. So, what are you using now or what have you been using? Whatever it is, it is working very well for you! |

That made me laugh. Thanks for the compliments. I have a facial acupuncture every couple of weeks and I think that helps a lot! |

Hi Sue, I have to agree with the others, really embrace the fact that your skin has a lovely clarity, even tone and glow to it. After revealing your age, you are way ahead of so many other people I know at the same age. Keep up the Retin A which you said has attributed to the smoothness and tone.
There are treatments like Fraxel, Yag laser, Titan And Thermage etc which are laser treatments used to heat up the collagen under your skin and gradually firm your skin up. They are used for treating skin laxity / sagging. They are all non invasive but usually require a few seesions. |

I have found a brilliant acupuncturist, who also teaches. He charges £45 for a 1 1/2 hour treatment, which I believe is very reasonable. I had a 10 week course last year, and now do a maintenance treatment evry 3 weeks. I believe the fact that it improves the circulation, helps with the tone, and now the retin a is also helping.
I don't do the acupressure, but think that it would be good to learn as it can be used for all sorts of issues. I was talking to my acupuncturist today, and he was explaining how by using points on the little toe, they could turn a breach baby, which I find amazing! |

I can't believe how beautiful your skin is!!!
I guess you could use vitamin C to help prevent sagging. |

Does Vitamin C help prevent sagging?
I just thought it helped as an protection against radiations..? |
