Hi there i have started to notice i am getting brown spots /freckles on my hands ,i hate them .Can anything fade them .Has anything worked for anyone.Does light therapy get rid of them .kind regards marcia |

The same ingredients that work on your face and neck also work on your hands. So hydroquinone, retinoids, vitamin C and alpha hydroxy acids are all beneficial. High PPD sunscreen is also a must.
IPL and laser are also options. |

Retin A and vitamin C worked for the spots I was starting to see.
Plus, be sure to wear sunscreen on your hands! When I was younger I always skipped this. |

maybe you can also use the obagi, it works on the spots on face, i think also can work on hands. |
