How do i smooth out my rough texture skin without irritating my rosacea? |

Well I can only say what has worked for me and that is azelaic acid. It reduced the inflammation/redness and has also made my skin look smoother and more refined.
You can get azelaic acid on prescription from your doc in either 15% gel (Finacea) or 20% cream (Skinoren/Azelex).

Sorry about that.
How about a high concentration zinc oxide cream (such as a sunblock formulation 10-20% ZO). I've also found this very helpful and not irritating in any way.

breaks me out in acne. I have oily acne prone skin on top of the rosacea. I am really struggling with it. Plus I have pitted scars from lasers and acne. Thanks for your help. |
