My Clarisonic looks and operates fine. Well, until my battery started to die quickly. It's a shame I have to toss the whole unit just because of the battery. I was thinking, why can't Clarisonic offer a replacement service if the battery is the only problem. This would help keep the landfill from filling up fast as well as be more economical.
Apple has been building their electronic devices with a sealed battery inside that a user cannot access themselves. However, they do offer replacement service. Clarisonic should go this route and still make money, if that's what their worried about.
What do you guys think? Pros and Cons. |
