ps all this complaining is just putting off people who might genuinely find it useful and I find that to be a very sad affair on a skincare forum |

Wow! I read this entire thread about this 70 yr old woman and then watched the video. At first I thought I had the wrong video. That woman is 70?It's amazing to me that any amount of surgery, botox, fillers, and facial exercises could do that. It's simply amazing. I'd love to see the before and after surgery pictures.
I do think she should divulge her plastic surgery to her clients if she sells a book. I don't think she should do it just to say, facial exercises alone can't make you look like this. I think she should tell what HAS worked for her. I think if a person that looks as good as her, were to let go of all the secrecy and just tell what worked for them, that would sell more books. |

This is my thoughts exactly, although I wish I had put them as eloquently as you have done so here.

I have to say, I do think the debate raging on here regarding the work she has/hasn't done is silly and pointless.
Try the exercise for yourself, if it does something for you, fantastic, if not, move on. She is not selling anything (yet) so she does not owe anyone facial anatomy lessons (absurd!) or otherwise. When she starts selling something to you and is not divulging vital information - then you get to complain.
Whats the point of arguing about it, when its clearly benefited some people (I have also done other facial exercise programmes for almost 2 years now, anatomy lessons and all and not had these benefits that I've had in a few short months). |

I do Flex Effect once or twice a week along with massage with good results. However, I've had a cough and cold on and off since December. I noticed that all the coughing and blowing my nose was strengthening the muscles around my nose, tear troughs and 11's and drawing everything "in" toward the center. I was shocked when I noticed how tight and built up those muscles where from all the hacking and snorting!
I've been doing the kiss/smile exercise a few times a day for just a few days and it is the antidote! Great!
I wanted to also mention that I'm very in tune with my facial muscles at this point and able to contract strongly with kiss/smile quite easily. It might be harder for those who haven't exercised their face much before(?)so don't give up.
Of all the things I have done, I've gotten the most results from facial exercise and massage. I enjoy these exercises that use multiple muscles and would love to see more. |

Afraid I don’t get the burn with any of them. I even had a session with Maggio once, and she said to me not to worry it would come in time, but it never ever has.
Hi Theresa ~ Just curious, did you train with her in person in the UK or via a Skype lesson? Indeed not one program suits all, but I have been very pleased thus far. Been doing them about a year and a half or somewhere thereabouts and have had great results. Again, with my fair skin, I was happy to see a much more toned and lifted face without any adverse effects.
