Hi & WELCOME!! This site is great!!!
First, I HIGHLY recommend doing toning and aerobic exercise while losing weight. If all else, it really helps with circulation to your skin which helps get all the nutrients to your skin that help with the elasticity and collagen production. (Both very important in maintaining healthy skin)
Second, I have noticed a giant improvement in my complexion when I cut out sugars and simple carbs out of my diet. So I recommend a form of good protein/low carb diet. Thats only my personal recommendation, however. My skin looked DRAMATICALLY different and felt thicker, more toned and smoother than when I gorged on junk food. I ate a ton of veggies and some fruit and lots of protein, and kept my grains whole and in limited amounts. They have great whole wheat pastas out there if you don't want to give up pasta, like me!!!!!
As for face products, I recommend looking around here and checking out the review section to see what benefits your skin type. Keep an eye for my review on Rosa Y Fruta products, that will be coming very soon!!!!!! |

sorry if this is stupid question, but what is toning? what does skin toning mean?
as for loosing weight fast, the best way that i found is to run every day until you can't no more.
In one month, i lost like 20 lbs, just by running every day until i was about to faint. It was a painful experience though where i had to vomit a few times.
Also, eating healthy makes a huge difference. say bye to fast food and all fried foods. depends on how bad you want to loose weight. The baddest it is, the more food you will want to stay away from.
And eating something small every 3 hours is better for you and your body than eating 2 or 3 times a day.
And exercise is important.
Hope this helps.
sorry i couldn't help with skin issues, i am new when it comes to skin and beauty stuff, but i am learning

I went to Weight Watchers as I found that I motivated by the fact that I had to pay to be weighed each week (not saying that this works for eveyone)! It teaches you a basic healthy eating plan and once you get into the swing of it you can do it yourself at home. Other tips are simple really, lots of water and fruit and veg, and exercise. I think you have to find an exercise that you enjoy though, so that you stick to it. For me its aerobics 1-2 times per week and good old walking! I walk into town instead of taking the car, and I have a dog so I set off with him and come home when I've had enoough! Hope this helps! |

I don't think rapid weight loss is very good for the skin, exercise as you gradually loose weight would be best. Dry body brushing and moisturising would be good too |
