I'd love to hear from anyone who has actually seen some improvement. What works the best for you? I'm doing Tanaka and Ageless and have recently started Retin A and Vit C. No improvement yet, but it may be a little early for the RA and C.  |

| Ageless is great for lifting the cheeks and in theory that is suppose to lift the lower face as well....it might for some but it didn't for me. Flexeffect does lift the lower face but I found that less is more..I can easily over build. Tanaka massage works well for me. |

Hi, Toby, I see we have similar profiles: I'm 57 with very few wrinkles. I have nicer skin than I deserve--I only recently started using sunscreen, for crying out loud.
It sounds like I could narrow down the Flexeffect exercises to a few for the lower face. Is that correct? I suppose I will need to buy the book? |
