Are there facial exercises that can give you fuller lips? I have recently started doing them and I'm wondering if they apply to lips as well. |

Yes, facial exercises do give the appearance of fuller lips. Every facial exercise program has something for the lips. You just need to look at the program you are using. |

I have better luck exfoliating my lips with a toothbrush and keeping balm on them than any exercise I've done. |

Roseabelle ~ Carole Maggio has a new version of her lip plumper exercise that works great to plump up the lips, particularly the upper lip which most women need more than the lower lip. She also has an exercise that turns up the lip corners. Both work very well. Not sure what program you are using, but most facial exercise programs have some sort of lip exercises that should work.
Best,

Carole's exercises are really the best for the lips that I've tried and I've been around the "lip exercise block". And they work fast. |

You know I hate to throw a different opinion in here, but I tried Carole’s latest offering and the new lip exercise (which actually looks very similar to that of the old lip exercise on her advanced dvd, just at a shorter count) and I have to say it hasn’t worked for me personally at all. So I guess its like most things, there really is no one size fits all. I do a lip exercise of Eva Fraser’s which I love love love, and that’s my personal favourite.

TheresaMary, would you describe the Eva Fraser exercise you're doing? I'm using the Jolie Lip Pump and it does have a slight effect, but I'd much rather try something that will last longer than a few minutes. |

I don't feel comfortable with describing the exercise, but I know there are many out there so they're all worth trying in my honest opinion. |
