I started using the Dermesse products in early January '09 (and posted back then)and I am very pleased with the results.
The Dermesse products are formulated into a six step regimen (like Obagi Nu-Derm) and effectively reduce wrinkles and pore size while evening out the skin tone and creating a smooth texture. A good anti-aging regimen.
However, the products are only available (good or bad) through a physician's office (so far). This is because Dermesse incorporates prescription strength tretinoin and hydroquinone. As for pricing, I am saving almost 25% over my old brand.
Their website is very informative and includes a list of all ingredients for each Dermesse product.
