Hmmm, I think I want to get this......
What someone needs to do is do the no lipo lipo JUST ON ONE leg/thigh/buttcheek, etc to prove it works.
I may do that......because a lot of people who are tackeling cellulite like me are working on their diet and exercise at the same time, so good results could be attributed to multiple things! |

tomisonbottom- I just started doing No Lipo Lipo 2 nights ago. I had thought about doing just one side of my body to start with but decided against that idea. I am not changing my diet or exercise at this point so any results I see will be just from the NLL. Please post if you get the program. |

That would be very cool, if you did that! |

I do have some cellulite. I'm also bothered by a 3 inch section of skin on the front of my thighs. Its kind of crepe and dry looking. |

Ok, here's a suggestion too;
Take pictures and record the lighting (lighting can make a HUGE difference) you took them in, angle etc.
I took pictures my self and also did this when I was trying to get my skin clear and if it weren't for the pictures I never would've have known how far I'd come because the progress was so gradual. |

I'm always very careful of angles, lighting, posture etc in before and after photos. I hate it when I'm looking at photos and the subject has their head tilted back more in the after or they are smiling or wearing their hair different etc..
I will post if I notice any changes. |

Yes, I couldn't agree more about pictures that aren't exactly the same, it's really not worth taking them if they aren't.
Good luck! |

Hi Toby-
I know you said before that your friend is mainly concentrating on her stomach area. Do you know if she is doing all of the stomach massages (I think there are 4 different techniques?), or just mainly doing the one with the knuckles where you massage upwards? I mainly do that one; that is the one closest to the massage you do on the rest of the body. |

Hi Ryan,
I disagree! I think all of the four different techniques are important to the process. For instance, I have no issues persay with my stomach area, but the skin does get lax with age. I have found the knuckle one digging in around the belly button area helps lift up the skin in that area. The one where you sort of hug your waist, makes the waist smaller. The one where you sort of pinch the skin should be done aggressively ... that should also help to flatten the stomach and eliminate any excess belly fat. All of these techniques work together to address this area.... Take care, Aprile |

Somebody here wrote that they had no luck with NLL for cellulite? Unsure where I read it - but there is a link between lymphatic congestion and cellulite caused by flouride poisoning. Mellissa Gallico from the CelluliteInvestigation noticed that her cellulite disappeared when she took iodine and detoxed fouride.
This is not my culprit but apparently some of her readers had luck with the fouride detox for acne and cellulite. I just thought to add this to the discussion as sometimes we need to look at various factors. Pure water is essential for so many things. I take the Dr. Brownstein Iodine protocol and physically I noticed my skin go softer. Emotionally I felt more centred (I actually did not feel off-centre before - but there was something markedly changing for the positive).
Who knows perhaps a piece of the puzzle for those trying to resolve these issues.
I am in my 4th week of NLL and I am already amazed. Will see what the end of week 5 brings! Thank you for all here posting as I think a lot of the intel here brought fantastic changes into my life. Have a great day! |

NLL rocks. After reading all the posts here I decided to go for it and after 5 weeks I have lost at least an inch on my legs.
Pros:
- The legs look more sculpted and toned
- Legs feel very light (not heavy). Something I did not expect but feel rather wonderful.
- Skin texture is improved - stronger/tighter to the touch.
Cons:
- So far I can only see slight improvement in the cellulite.
Even though it is a workout - and really nothing else. I am working very fast and did it every day. I literally, was drenched in sweat the frist 2 weeks by this NLL performance. On some days another 60 strokes on the inside leg in the evening.
Will continue for another 5 weeks and see how far the results are than.
For those who use this method for a long time. Once you achive your 'optimal' level - how often do you do NLL to keep the results? |

I tend to do it 2-3 times a week but I also enjoy it.
In the beginning it was a bit of a workout I have to say, but I love how it feels and the oil massage is great but I did laugh as my dear hubby walked in on my doing it before my shower one morning and just rolled his eyes and shook his head LOL.

Thanks, Theresa, 2-3 times a week is doable... especially since I am seeing it more as a sport with the additional side-benefit to keep my arms toned!
I find NLL incredible. Considering that you somehow seem to loose 'fatty tissue' without dieting. I am still wondering how this works. Especially, as I never had results like this with all the sports I did and still am doing. And, I noticed my abs stay toned even when I am eating a bit more on a weekend.
The back part of the legs is really difficult for me to massage. Has anybody found a trick with that? This is probably where a treatment at Carole Maggio's spa is of benefit.
Without this forum and the inspiration here I would have never started it again... so thanks to all of you. |

Well I always think if it feels good then its worthwhile doing. I also do the Ageless Body massage of Loulous that I love and is similar but different to NLL.
I don't know or care how it works - for me the results are proof enough. I wish I had a head for the science bits but they bore me frankly.
With the back of the legs, I really like using the back loofah strap to get them. I really find that thing easier on my arms and positioning. Sure its not the same as the strokes, which I do much slowly than the woman in the video does but it still works.

Thanks, TheresaMary, you are a wealth of information. Will try the strap with a bit more vigor.
I will dedicate another 5 weeks daily and see if this will make an impact on the cellulite (as there is improvement but not really significantly yet). Hope that I can change to maintenance mode after that. At the moment I feel it is so worth it, considering that you can do all of this at home with no extra cost and actually reshaping your legs.
Best wishes. |

How do you think this compares to Ashley Black's fascia blaster? |

Hello DebM,
I never used the FasciaBlaster but I have seen excellent results. However, I have as well heard of people who had no results and even damaged their legs with the blaster.
So, personally, I decided not to take any chances - as the functionality of my legs is dearer to me than the looks!
In the other hand NLL is extremely safe their is nothing you can really damage. And I feel actually as I had written earlier that my legs are healthier, overall lighter when walking and doing my daily chores.
But let's see if anybody in this forum has had experiences with it first hand.
All the best |

my other question is how about "bat wings"? Has anyone noticed much improvement - tightening of the skin with the lipo lipo? |

100% yes and in a very short space of time.
My arms took on a toned look and bat wings were something I just figured I should live with.
Both my arms and legs showed very fast change and are remarkably different than when I started.
I do also use topical C though so thats worth mentioning. However the massage and dry brushing I did with NLL for a long time and got some wonderful changes. My arms and legs both weren't flabby but they had some excess fat and the bat wings description was definitely something my children had said to me.
I was doing it mostly for my stomach - because no matter how much little I eat, there was always fat there and I'm very pleased to report that this isn't the case any longer.

I watched the Fascia Blaster like a hawk when it first came out and was a member of the facebook group.
I noticed quite early on some people posting about adverse results and they never addressed it - so it scared the hell out of me from trying it.
I did post feedback suggesting that they should address those comments and they removed me from the group interestingly enough. Luckily I was friends with quite a few people on there - and it appears whenever the lack of responses was mentioned - that person got banned. So for me that was self evident that it wasn't a good device. You can also find many threads on EDS about it and not everyone gets great results. I think its a shame as if they answered those questions, I would really have bought it and given a go but the way they treated those posters with issues just scared me and I thought its not worth taking the risk, making things worse and having no help or support.

I did buy the fasciablaster. I wasn't impressed, left horrible bruises and the negative issues did scare me. It sits under my cabinet in the bathroom, not in use. |

AnnieR,
Thanks for the first hand feedback - confirms with what TheresaMary said that this is not save enough for me... |
