Boy am I doing everything I can to avoid working today! 
It actually looks like that glowy/dewyness is just from the natural oils from her face! You'll see that at the start of the video (where it shows her finished hairstyle), her face is quite shiny, but when it launches into the beginning of her tutorial which she did earlier, her face is a little more matte.
I saw a makeup tutorial a while ago which recommended Shiseido's glistening flush highlighter stick to achieve that look, though I'm sure there are others out there which are less expensive.

I have used their That Gal which I love, along with a few other Benefit products. I will have to put in an order for this one now! Thanks Antonia, I haven't checked out their new goodies in a while. |
