Hi Zizi,

There is a thread about the a/o issue here,

http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=11180

From what I have seen it's a matter of preference and how your skin tolerates the base it's in as far as brands. I just ordered J&J cream because I am finally starting and want the lowest strength and the cream.
I am sure the long time users will chime in and offer advice. Smile

I always got my retin A from my Dr here in the USA it cost me 50$ for a 1oz. jar .5 solution. My mother purchased it for me in Mexico for $3.95, same thing, different spelling, and then I ordered it from Inhousepharmacy generic, Retino A, .5, it is the same thing and as far as I can tell same quality.
