I recently observed that japanese men have really thick hair and are less prone to balding and receding hairline. This may be a generalisation. But when I compare to their asian counterparts of the same age, they do seem to have more hair! What do they eat? |

The thickness of and texture of everyone's hair, Japanese included, is primarily genetic. I would say the quality of hair has little to nothing to do with what you eat unless you are undernourished and chemically treat your hair, which obviously degrades it. |

I agree. It is mainly genetic. I actually know a man who is from a family that does not go grey. People would pay good money to have that gene. |
